The CBD look

The buds of Orange CBD Extra are medium in size. The flowers are resistant, very consistent to the touch and have a green color (more or less clear) with a very high presence of orange pistils. In fact, its name derives from its strong orange color due to a large presence of trichomes on the flowers.

This Product is also defined by connoisseurs as an “ICE WEED” as the exaggerated presence of cannabidiol makes the branches and flowers as if they were frozen; this effect is given by the CBD crystals which tend to orient themselves on a white color at room temperature.

CBD Aroma

The citrus scent is the first characteristic that affects the taste and smell.

The aroma and scent, in fact, recall the scent of orange groves in bloom.

This penetrating citrus aroma is then softened in the aftertaste by a sweet and fruity scent, with light but unmistakable traces of cloves and cinnamon.

Origin and Cultivation

Orange Skunk is grown in Italy in the upper Piedmont with the GlassHouse method. The manufacturing company uses the most innovative technologies in the industry and is constantly improving the irrigation and light management cycles, with the aim of improving product quality. The flowering cycle is very long to achieve high CBD percentages. The plants are checked at every stage to try to recreate their natural habitat and ensure ideal growth and flowering. The period between sowing and harvesting (flowering begins after 8-9 weeks) is approximately 12-14 weeks.

The collection and cleaning of this legal cannabis is done by hand, to achieve optimal product accuracy. Furthermore, no pesticides, fertilizers and synthetic fertilizers of any kind are used. The plants are strictly GMO free.

The techniques used to “enhance” this variety have been developed exclusively on small production batches and are currently in the patent phase.

The Origins

Orange Skunk is one of the cornerstones in the legal marijuana universe that has won several awards over the years. Its roots date back to the 1980s, when it was created by combining two – still unknown – varieties of Skunk. Its high CBD content gives high quality to this sativa hemp genetics.

The production of this specific variety, with a very high CBD, was developed for the first time in Italy, precisely in Piedmont, in 2022.
